Signal Edge Solutions was founded on the belief that there is a significant gap in the signal integrity and power integrity (SI/PI) field. Signal Edge Solutions is addressing this gap by providing highly advanced services and products that focus on high-speed measurement, measurement-based modeling, ASIC/Chiplet/MCM/SiP advanced package design, and electromagnetic (EM) modeling services tailored to ASIC, package, and printed circuit board (PCB) design, in addition to other specialized engineering consulting services, which include EMC testing, end-to-end SI/PI simulation modeling of complex ASICs and FPGA designs.

Our mission is to deliver precise electromagnetic modeling, measurement-based modeling, and end-to-end SI/PI simulations, coupled with specialized engineering products and consulting services, which include EMC testing, simulation modeling of complex ASICs, Chiplets, and FPGA designs. We strive to solve the most challenging SI/PI/EMC problems in test, measurement, and simulation, enabling our clients to achieve optimal performance in their ASIC, SiP, MCM, advanced package, PCB, Chiplet, RF, or FPGA designs.

Company Principals

Benjamin Dannan is a signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic (EM) modeling consultant

Benjamin Dannan is the Founder and Chief Technologist at Signal Edge Solutions. Benjamin Dannan is an experienced signal and power integrity (SI/PI) design consultant developing advanced packaging solutions for high-performance ASICs, chiplets, and complex FPGA designs. He is a Keysight ADS Certified Expert with expert-level proficiency in high-speed simulation solutions and multiple 3D EM solutions. He has expert-level proficiency with multiple test and measurement solutions, including oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers (VNA), Time Domain Reflectometers (TDRs), function generators, and EMC lab testing equipment.

 

He is a senior member of IEEE with a multi-faceted background that includes a wide range of professional engineering and military experiences. His engineering experience includes designing, developing, and launching production products, including ASICs, radars, fully autonomous robotic platforms, pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera video systems, and ground combat vehicles.

 

He is a specialist in signal and power integrity concepts, high-speed circuits, and multi-layered PCB design, as well as has multiple years of experience with EMC product development and certifications to support global product launches. Additionally, he has extensive experience with Chip-Package-PCB-VRM power delivery network (PDN) principles.

 

His depth of expertise includes modeling large SoC designs, multi-chip modules (MCMs), and chiplets with frequencies in excess of multiple GHz using innovative technologies. He has multiple years of experience leading multiple products through EMC/EMI compliance testing activities for global market sales, including CE, FCC, IEC, CISPR, and other regulations. In addition to his experience and knowledge solving EMC non-compliance issues.

 

Benjamin holds a certification in cybersecurity, has a BSEE from Purdue University, a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and graduated from the USAF Undergraduate Combat Systems Officer training school with an aeronautical rating. Benjamin is a trained Electronic Warfare Officer in the USAF with deployments on the EC-130J Commando Solo in Afghanistan and Iraq, totaling 47 combat missions, and a trained USAF Cyber Operations Officer. In addition, he was awarded the DesignCon 2025 Engineer of the Year, has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed journal publications, and has twice received the prestigious DesignCon Best Paper award, given to authors who are leading practitioners in semiconductor and electronic design.

Stephanie Dannan is the Information Security Officer at Signal Edge Solutions, providing singular accountability for all information security controls within the company.

Stephanie’s background includes over six years in cybersecurity and risk management, including penetration testing and identifying threats and vulnerabilities. Stephanie works to expose inherent business risks and is adept at spearheading strategies on how to address them best.

 

With an unwavering commitment to excellence and an insatiable hunger for success, Stephanie has emerged as a remarkable achiever, consistently surpassing expectations in the cybersecurity realm. Combining her exceptional skills and expertise with a passion for innovation, she has redefined what it means to excel in Application Security and cybersecurity as a whole. Her ability to navigate challenges with grace, embrace change, and deliver exceptional results has positioned her as a true leader and trailblazer.

 

Stephanie currently holds a Bachelors degree in psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, and a masters degree from Amridge University.

Bogdan Headshot

Bogdan Lepure is an experienced engineering professional with over 12 years of expertise in research and development of complex digital and analog systems, specializing in FPGA and ARM-based microcontrollers for applications such as moving camera solutions, parametric measurement units, and 5G cellular communication. His work spans sophisticated analog circuit design, FPGA-based digital systems, mmWave radar fusion, and motor control.


Since 2012, Bogdan has worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer Architect at Bosch Security Systems, leading projects involving video surveillance, communication systems, and platform development. He has extensive experience in schematic and multi layer PCB design for video surveillance products, ensuring compliance with EMC/EMI testing activities for global market sales, including CE, FCC, IEC, CISPR, and other regulations. Additionally, he has contributed to patent applications and authored research papers in fields such as camera sensor fusion and signal integrity.


Bogdan received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering technology and the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Penn State University. He is currently a Ph.D. student at Villanova University with concentration in signal processing and communications.

Kathleen Love's headshot

Kathleen Love joined Signal Edge Solutions in July 2024 as Marketing Manager, and now serves as the Marketing and Operations Manager. She is responsible for company messaging, driving marketing initiatives, business collaboration, and managing operations efficiencies.

An experienced project manager and events industry professional, Kathleen has expertise in customer service, contract and account management, marketing, social media management, writing/editing, and event operations. She has a strong focus on best-in-class customer service and creativity.

​

Previous to joining Signal Edge Solutions, Kathleen held positions of increasing responsibility at the Freeman Company and Informa Markets, including as the Marketing Coordinator for DesignCon 2022. She holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester and is certified in Google Project Management and Canva Web Design.

Emily Tann is a Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineer with five years of engineering experience. Prior to joining Signal Edge Solutions, Emily worked at Northrop Grumman, where she gained hands-on experience in signal and power integrity for complex systems, contributing to high-visibility projects, and ensuring compliance with rigorous industry standards.

 

With a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Power Systems specialization from the University of Maryland, College Park, Emily is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. This drive for knowledge allows her to stay at the forefront of the latest developments in signal and power integrity, enabling her to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

 

In her current role, Emily applies her diverse experience and technical expertise to help clients optimize system performance and reliability, ensuring that their designs meet both functional and regulatory requirements. Driven by a passion for problem-solving and lifelong learning, Emily remains focused on expanding her skill set while also delivering the highest quality solutions to every client.

Tyler Headshot

Tyler is a hardware engineer with 8 years of professional experience specializing in high-speed digital design, signal integrity, and power integrity. He has extensive expertise in both the modeling and measurement of high-speed interfaces, power delivery networks, and their supporting components. He is also skilled in developing custom automation scripts to improve efficiency and ensure consistent analysis workflows across projects.

He holds an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, as well as a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His background also includes experience in firmware and embedded software design. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music and building music electronics.

Scotty Neally

Scotty Neally is a seasoned Signal Integrity expert with over 15 years of experience driving innovation for component and system level SerDes and Memory design. His work encompasses enterprise, edge, and AI technologies up to 200G.  His expertise focuses on fast paced “tiger team” product design, IBIS-AMI modeling, and automation scripting using Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, MATLAB and python frameworks.  


Scotty’s career includes key technical and leadership roles at AMD, Graphcore, Samtec,  Teraspeed Consulting, Sanmina, and FormFactor while developing novel solutions for DRAM, Ethernet, PCIE, and NVME high speed serial links. He has a depth of knowledge in developing optimization and checking tools with EDA vendors in various domains such as skill scripting, constraint managers, best known method algorithms, and design automation.


As a consultant, Scotty helps customers achieve robust performance, faster development cycles, and HVM confidence to improve their product yield while providing expert support at every stage of development. His core competencies include high speed PKG, PCB, socket, and connector breakout design, workflow automation, material characterization, correlation vehicle test planning, and end to end interoperability compliance using Seasim, COM, and IBIS-AMI. 


Scotty holds a BSEE from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and embraces the Mustang spirit of “learn by doing.” He is especially passionate about mentoring young engineers and helping build new pathways for the next generation. In his free time, he enjoys windsurfing at Shoreline Lake and is genuinely an interesting guy to chat with.

Marshall Haynes

Marshall Haynes is a signal integrity and power integrity engineer at Signal Edge Solutions. His work centers on high-speed digital system design and robust power delivery. He is proficient in high-level analytical tasks, including complex electrothermal analysis and DC drop analysis for advanced PCB and package designs. Crucially, he develops cutting-edge test automation software solutions essential for streamlining SI/PI simulation and measurement applications. He holds dual B.S. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Missouri S&T.

Jeff Massie Headshot

Jeff Massie is a seasoned Electronics Engineering Technician with over 40 years of experience supporting aerospace research and development. Throughout his distinguished career at NASA, Jeff played a key role in designing, fabricating, integrating, and testing instrumentation data systems and pyrotechnic systems for a wide range of projects.
 

Known for his versatility and problem-solving skills, Jeff regularly filled multiple roles within engineering teams, particularly during environmental testing phases, including EMC/EMI testing. His collaborative approach and hands-on expertise contributed to the success of numerous missions and experimental programs.

​

Jeff served as the Instrumentation Lead on a variety of cutting-edge projects—from advancing aircraft efficiency and safety to supporting space reentry vehicle development. His work included laminar flow experiments on wings, jet engine nacelle inlets, and fuselage streamlining, as well as safety initiatives like glass cockpit systems and head-up display technologies.

 

Notably, he led instrumentation efforts for a series of tests developing Inflatable Reentry Vehicle Heat Shield Experiments (IRVE), each requiring custom sensor arrays, instrumentation setups, and data acquisition systems tailored to unique mission needs.

​

Jeff developed a strong passion for EMC/EMI testing during his tenure at NASA, which he carried into his work in the private sector. There, he served as the integration lead, responsible for setting up and operating an EMC/EMI screen tent to conduct pre-compliance testing on autonomous floor-cleaning robots.

 

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys flying and spending time in his garage, where he tinkers with mechanical projects and rebuilds classic automobiles. He also values quality time with his horses and actively participates in dog shows and related events with his dogs.

Graham Kus Headshot

Graham Kus is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in Signal and Power Integrity analysis and workflows. His background includes both direct hardware development for commercial and enterprise products, as well as developing standards-based technology reference designs for use by EDA tools. His experience includes the development of projects ranging from semi-custom ASIC packaging to SerDes links and Source-synchronous memory-bus implementations for production hardware designs.


He has comprehensive knowledge of SIPI analysis including COM, IBIS-AMI modeling and physical-layer characterization involving BGA/PCB and VIAs, also timing and SSO analysis; as well as PDN design including DC, AC and Time-domain performance characterization. This involved implementing designs based on many standards including IEEE 802.3, OIF-CEI, USB-IF, PCI-SIG, JEDEC, and others. These efforts led to development of workflows to foster successful deployment of hardware solutions ranging from monolithic embedded products to complex backplane / line-card communication systems.
 

Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and holds multiple certifications relating to Signal and Power Integrity. He is also a regular participant of engineering conferences including Designcon technical program and IEEE EMC+SIPI symposium. Graham is a member of IEEE, the ACM, and is currently serving as Secretary on the IBIS Open Forum committee.

Signal Edge Solutions has Keysight Certified Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Experts

The  Keysight Certified Expert (KCE) program recognizes individuals who have demonstrated a high level of expertise in the application of Keysight EEsof EDA design tools. Engineers who have acquired a depth of theoretical and practical knowledge, in applying these tools for successful product design and modeling are eligible to be invited to participate. This program is designed to formally acknowledge their technical accomplishments.
